Who Runs This Site

clhstrength.com is run by CLH Strength LLC (Cody Hughes). Questions about your information go to cody@clhstrength.com.

What We Collect

• Email signups (the newsletter, the course waitlist, "notify me" on the shop): your email address, and your first name if you give it.
• Instagram DM signups, when you comment or send a keyword and opt in: your Instagram username, the name on your profile, your email address and the keyword you used. These arrive through ManyChat.
• The build application: your name, email, organization, role, setting, roster size, what you use today, timeline, budget range and anything you write in the notes.
• Purchases: Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card numbers. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount.
• The course: your email (to send sign-in links), which lessons you have finished, and your answers to any course survey.
• Email activity: whether each email we send was delivered, opened, clicked or bounced.

Cookies

The site sets a cookie only to keep you signed in to the course (and one for the site owner's admin login). There are no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.

Instagram

The "CLH Strength API" Meta app connects to @clh_strength and to any Instagram business account whose owner chooses to link it to CLH Creative, our content planning tool. For a linked account it reads the account's own profile details, post insights (reach, saves, shares and similar) and the comments on its own posts, including each commenter's username and comment text, and it publishes posts the account owner has approved.

Comments are read to learn what people ask about, so future posts answer it. They are not sold, not used for advertising and not shared outside CLH Strength.

How We Use It

To send the emails you signed up for, deliver what you bought, reply to your application, run the course and plan content. You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Services That Handle It for Us

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (sending email), Stripe (payments), ManyChat (Instagram DMs) and Meta (Instagram). Each processes your information only to provide its service.

How Long We Keep It

Until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked as unsubscribed so you are never emailed again. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Delete Your Data

Email cody@clhstrength.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the email address or Instagram username you used. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Purchase records the law requires us to keep are the only exception.

To cut the Instagram connection yourself, open Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove CLH Strength API.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
