Do I need to know how to code?
No. I had never written a line of code. You talk to Claude Code in plain English, the whole way through.
What gets built in the course?
A bodyweight tracker for a football program, on screen, from the very first request. Build it with me, or build your own thing with the same steps.
Is this only for coaches?
The examples come from coaching. The steps work for anything you want to make for your own work.
Does my tool go on the internet?
It runs On your own computer. Lesson 6.1 shows the difference between that and a tool on the internet.
Can you just build it for me?
Yes. That is a separate service. I build tools for coaches and gym owners. Tell me about yours at clhstrength.com/apply.
Mac or Windows?
Every video shows a Mac on macOS 13 or newer. You can do the whole course on Windows 10 or newer too. For setup on a PC, follow the Windows guide in the Kit.
How long does it take?
As long as you want. You watch in order, on your own time, and nothing expires.
